How do I choose between the brands?
Dragon Sakura offers premium core, tactile and functional ranges. Sintech focuses on bright and matt polyester with exceptional value. Sample your intended machine and fabric.
Can I download a colour card?
Yes. All 12 current PDF colour cards can be previewed and downloaded from the Electronic Colour Card Download Centre or the relevant product page. A physical card can also be requested.
Why does a 75D search show a 120D product?
An exact match is shown separately from a related family. For example, the supplied rainbow catalogue lists 120D, not 75D. A related result invites specification confirmation; it is not a stock claim.
What is the minimum order?
Many catalogue colours start at one cone, but selected winding options and kilogram packs have higher minimums. Export, custom colours and delivery terms are confirmed in the quotation.
Can either brand be used for accessories and patches?
Accessories and patches can be developed using categories from either Dragon Sakura or Sintech. Select the thread and specification; construction and feasibility are confirmed by sampling.
Does preparing an enquiry send a message?
Nothing is sent automatically. Review the draft, open your email app and press Send there. Contact details are not saved to this website.
Are all products covered by the certificate?
No blanket claim is made. Certificate 19.HCN.79072 covers the specified 100% polyester sewing and embroidery threads, Class I, Annex 6. Check the selected product with us.
How can I obtain a physical colour card?
Contact our sales team to request a physical colour card. Availability and shipping arrangements are confirmed according to the product range and destination.
What is your return and replacement policy?
If a verified product-quality issue is found, we will provide a return or replacement without additional conditions. Please keep the packaging, lot information and relevant photos or test records so we can trace the cause and arrange the solution promptly.
Why can colours look different on an electronic colour card?
Electronic colour cards are for reference only. Screen resolution, calibration, brightness and ambient light can cause visible colour differences. For production matching, request a physical colour card or sample and confirm the colour under the intended viewing conditions.
