From artwork to a custom embroidered patch
Prepare artwork, size, fabric, thread, backing, quantity and end-use information to make sampling more efficient.
Define the end use
Tell us whether the patch is for apparel, caps, bags or another product; how it will be attached; and what care conditions it must withstand. These choices affect border, backing, thread and construction.
Prepare a production brief
Share vector or high-resolution artwork, finished dimensions, target colours or codes, preferred Dragon Sakura or Sintech thread, quantity and delivery destination. Flat, high-density and 3D toothbrush embroidery require different digitising and sampling decisions.
Approve before bulk production
Review the physical sample for dimensions, colour, edge quality, stitch definition, hand feel and attachment. Bulk production should follow the approved sample and written specification.
